SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide property management services for Homebase Campbelltown. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient day-to-day operation of the asset to support Council's investment objectives.

Council acquired Homebase Campbelltown, a large-format bulky goods retail centre located at 24 Blaxland Road, Campbelltown NSW 2560, for investment purposes in 2021. Homebase Campbelltown comprises a total GLA of 10,738 sqm across 13 tenancies and is anchored by national tenants including Plush, Bing Lee, Supercheap Auto and The Good Guys.
