Allan Mclean Hall Roof Renewal

⁠⁠⁠The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the Allan Mclean Hall Roof Renewal project.

The scope of works for this contract includes the following:

• Remove and dispose of existing roof sheets and roof plumbing as per the drawings
• Install new roof sheets, gutters and downpipes
• Engage a roof safety consultant to develop a roof access safety plan, including certification, and submit it for council approval. Upon approval, proceed with installation of the compliant roof access system.

Council invites suitably qualified companies to download the Request for Tender (RFT) documentation and submit a tender for the above-mentioned contract.

Tender submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. All tender clarification questions must be submitted no later than four (4) days prior to the tender closing date.

All tender-related queries must be submitted via the online forum within the etender portal.

Please note: This tender includes mandatory site visit attendance, as detailed within the RFT documentation. Failure to attend may result in the tender submission being deemed non conforming and excluded from further evaluation.
