⁠⁠⁠Upgrades to the Greenleigh Reservoirs through a full design and construct package.

Project goals

Seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to deliver safety, structural, and telemetry upgrades to the Greenleigh Reservoirs through a full design and construct package that enhances asset integrity, reliability, and compliance.

Scope

This contract involves developing detailed designs and delivering safety upgrades for the three existing Greenleigh Reservoirs.

Works include constructing two retaining walls, replacing the roof with an integrated walkway and structural load assessment, improving internal reservoir access, upgrading site drainage, installing security fencing, and enhancing the access road.

The scope also includes demolishing two redundant reservoirs, undertaking electrical and telemetry upgrades with associated testing and commissioning, and producing WAE drawings. All works must comply with GC21, statutory, WHS, environmental, and quality requirements.
