Tender Description
Sutherland Shire Council is seeking the provision of comprehensive cleaning and servicing across Sutherland Shire Council’s community, operational and administrative facilities. Services include routine and specialist cleaning of internal and external areas to standards acceptable to Council.
Scope of services includes:
- Programmed cleaning
- Periodic cleaning tasks
- Fixed attended site cleaning
- Special event cleaning
- Reactive cleaning
Asset types include:
- Council Operations Buildings, halls & libraries
- Cronulla Central
- Hazelhurst Regional Arts Gallery Leisure Centres / Indoor Sports Facilities
- Early Education Centres
- Public toilets, Tennis shelters, BBQ’s and drinking fountains
Suppliers can submit for all parts or an individual part, and the contract may be offered under separable portions at Council's sole discretion depending on responses received.
The services to be provided must include provision of all resources, ie. labour, plant, equipment and materials and the knowledge, care and skills to carry out works to the standards specified and any applicable legislative, WH&S and Environmental requirements, all as details in the tender documents.
A MANDATORY pre-tender briefing will be held online via Teams on Thursday 2nd April @ 10am 2026.
If required, site visits will be organised and information provided via tendering portal.
