⁠⁠⁠This REOI seeks to shortlist suitably qualified firms capable of being Lead Project Manager, Business Case writer and Health Planner to support the Territory in planning and design of Building 6 works under the Canberra Hospital Master Plan Phase 2. Respondents must demonstrate proven experience in major brownfield hospital redevelopments, including capability in health facility planning, design coordination, staging and decant strategy development, comprehensive risk and cost analysis, and stakeholder engagement across complex operational health environments.
