Grounds Maintenance at SWMC And 2 Astra Street, Shortland NSW

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to seek responses from suitable qualified contractors to perform grounds maintenance services at designated areas within the Summerhill Waste Management Centre and 2 Astra Street Shortland NSW in accordance with the requirements, guidelines and documents described or referenced in this Specification.

Persons willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract are invited to submit a tender response to the Council by the deadline, 2:00pm on Tuesday 14th April 2026.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed RFT documents by the deadline lies solely with the Supplier. RFT lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted. All enquiries relating to this RFT must be directed to the nominated Council representative, Jordan Faith, via the online forums.

A pre-tender meeting will not be held.
