Grounds and Turf Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠VenuesWest requires suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake the maintenance of grounds and turf at the following venues

- HBF Park

- Sam Kerr Football Centre

- Arena Joondalup

- WA Athletics Stadium

- WA Rugby Centre

- Perth High Performance Centre

- WAIS High Performance Centre

- Bendat Basketball Centre

- Gold Netball Centre

- SpeedDome

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at See the special instructions for full details, Perth on 14 Apr, 2026 1:00 PM.

This requirement is for Respondents interested in responding to Category One and will be based on the Sport Turf requirements under this Category.

The Respondents are requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 2:30 PM, Western Australia, Monday 13 April 2026 by emailing Yelda Akinci, Procurement Manager at Yelda.Akinci@dohw.wa.gov.au.

The Respondents are to meet at the main entrance of the Venues where the contact person and VenuesWest staff will be on site with a sign in sheet prior to commencing the walk throughs.

It is recommended that the Respondents arrive 15 min prior to each briefing to allow sufficient time for sign in and access to the building.

Failure to attend ALL three Request briefings will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

The Respondents will be encouraged to visit the other venues as all of the areas that need maintenance are open to the public.
