Regional Reseal & Rehab Package 2025-2026

⁠⁠⁠Whitsunday Regional Council (Principal) requires a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor to carry out reseals and pavement rehab work on Councils’ Sealed Road Network throughout the Whitsunday Region.

The scope includes:

a) Single coat reseals

b) Asphalt mill and fills

c) Pavement reconstruction using cement modified base

d) Temporary pavement marking

e) Permanent line marking.

The Contract will consist of the following eight (8) Separable Portions:

i. Separable Portion 1 – Bowen Reseal Works LRRS

ii. Separable Portion 2 - Bowen Reseal Works

iii. Separable Portion 3 – Bowen Resurfacing Works LRRS

iv. Separable Portion 4 – Mount Coolon Resurfacing Works

v. Separable Portion 5 – East Airlie Reseal Works

vi. Separable Portion 6 – East Airlie Resurfacing Works

vii. Separable Portion 7– Dingo Beach Road Reseal Works

viii. Separable Portion 8 – Dingo Beach Road Reconstruction Works

ix. Separable Portion 9 – Strathdickie Road Reseal Works.
