Culture House Lift Design and Installation

⁠⁠⁠Burwood Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced respondents to provide design and construction assistance for Burwood Urban Park Arts and Cultural Centre (Culture House) Project. This Request for Tender (RFT) requires the following key elements of the works to be provided:

• Stage 1 – Detailed Design (Council Engagement)

• Stage 2 – Manufacture, Supply, Installation & Commissioning (Novated to Stage-2 Contractor)

• Post-Completion Maintenance Services (Optional)

The Lift Manufacturer shall provide a fully integrated, code-compliant, operational lift system suitable for a public cultural facility, underground car park, and back-of-house operations.
