Tender Description
Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labour and any other services, costs and fees necessary to construct stormwater infrastructure, kerb and gutter, concrete footpath together with associated minor civil works at Burwood Drive (vic 98-102), Blackmans Bay.
The successful Tender will be appointed as PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR for the coordination and delivery of these works.
Tenders close Thursday 9th April 2026 at 2PM.
A pre-tender meeting will be held on Wednesday 25th March 2026 at 10AM, on site at 98 Burwood Drive, Blackmans Bay. Additional information is provided in the tender documents.
