Kingston Arts Precinct Lift Replacement Project- Main Works

⁠⁠⁠The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to deliver the following works:

• Replacement of the passenger lift at Kingston City Hall
• Modernisation of the passenger/goods hybrid lift at the Kingston Arts Centre
• Ramp upgrade works to provide compliant access to the Kingston Arts Centre in accordance with AS1428.1

Council is seeking a fee proposal and return brief based on the services outlined in this document.

The successful Contractor will be responsible for the complete delivery of the works, including but not limited to construction planning, program management, coordination of all trades and specialist contractors, quality assurance, cost control within the agreed contract sum, and the achievement of timely completion.

Council invites suitably qualified companies to download the Request for Tender (RFT) documentation and submit a tender for the above mentioned contract.

Tender submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. All tender clarification questions must be submitted no later than four (4) days prior to the tender closing date.

All tender-related queries must be submitted via the online forum within the etender forum.

Failure to comply with or fully respond to the mandatory criteria may result in the tender being deemed non conforming and excluded from further evaluation.
