Scope:

• Demolition - Mens and Ladies Toilets

• Remove and dispose of existing wall tiles

• Remove and dispose of existing toilet suites including urinal and urinal tap

• Remove and dispose of existing terrazzo partitioning and flooring and skirting

• Remove and dispose of doors

• Remove and dispose of toilet roll holders

• Remove and dispose of sinks

• Remove and dispose all shower fixtures

• Remove and dispose of light fittings in Ladies toilet

• Remove and dispose of soap dispensers and hand towel dispenser and air freshener dispensers

• Remove and dispose of existing mirrors

• Remove and dispose of shelf and fixings

• Remove and dispose louvre and obsure glass windows

• Remove and dispose window treatments

• Remove and dispose of entry doors and hardware and shower door

• Make good all affected surfaces from demolition works

New Works

Flooring

• Level off floor where urinal was removed

• New chrome plated floor wastes are to be installed and are to finish flush with flooring tiles.

• Waterproof membrane is to be applied to the floor prior to laying new tiles. Tiles

• New 600 x 300 non-slip floor tiles (R10) (astra white with matching grout)

• New 300 x 300 wall tiles (Blanc Naturel (Vitrum) with matching grout) from floor to wall partition height

Toilet Suite

• 3 x new caroma Caroma Luna wall faced toilet suites complete with seat, 15mm chrome plated mini stop with wall plate and stainless steel braided flexible connector

Toilet Paper Holder

• 3 x new Bobrick B-6999 surface mounted toilet dispenser for two rolls, heavy duty cast aluminium satin finish or approved equivalent

Partitions

• New Aqualoo “Pinnacle” toilet partitions and accessories (door colour to be Maison Oak matt partition wall colour to be light colour matt) or approved equivalent

Shower

• Galvin Engineering Clinilever single lever shower mixer – model TM-SHWCP with extended disabled lever or approved equivalent.

• GalvinAssist® CP Hand Shower Kit with 1000 x 32mm SS Grab Rail, Pull Rod, ClevaCare® Shower & CliniLever® Single Lever Mixer or approved equivalent.

• New caroma Contura II bathroom shelf or approved equivalent

• New accessible folding shower seat in compact laminate

• Retain towel hooks

• New door and associated hardware

Vanity Units

• Stone bench top (Portofino Stone smooth) gloss finish pencil round edge 20mm or approved equivalent

• Laminated cupboard doors (soft closer) (Maison Oak mat) Mens toilet full width of sink area recess allow for floor waste to remain functional (1100mm) Ladies (1300mm) or approved equivalent

• Caroma Liano basin or approved equivalent

• Basin mixer – Caroma Luna or approved equivalent

Mirrors

• 1 x new Bobrick 600mm x 900mm black framed mirrors or approved equivalent Mens toilet

• 1 x new Bobrick 900mm x 1300mm (full width of vanity unit) black framed mirrors or approved equivalent Ladies toilet

• 1 x new Bobrick 610mm x 1830mm black framed mirrors or approved equivalent

Ladies toilet

Soap Dispensers

• 3 x new Bobrick contura soap dispensers (model 818615) satin finish or approved equivalent

Hand Towel Dispenser

• 2 x new Bobrick B43949 Contura surface paper towel dispenser and waste receptacle or approved equivalent

Hand Dryer

• Supply and install 2 x Dyson Airblade V hand dryers (1 per bathroom) or approved equivalent. Contractors are to allow for the installation of power to operate these hand dryers. No surface mounted services will be accepted. Locations to be confirmed

Exhaust system

• 2 x new air extraction units

Light Fittings

• 2 x 1400mm new LED slim line lights or approved equivalent Ladies toilet

Windows

• 4 x new frosted glass block windows

Entry Doors

• 2 x Supply and install new solid core entry doors (colour to be confirmed), door closers, floor mounted door stop and associated hardware

• 2 x door signs (Mens/Ladies)

Painting

• Paint remaining walls not tiled (antique white ) and ceilings (ceiling white)
