MKY080 Workshop Extension

⁠⁠⁠CQUniversity Australia requires the design and construction of an extension to the existing undercover workshop canopy located at the Mackay Ooralea Campus.

The works comprise the extension of the existing lean-to canopy along the western facade of the workshop building between structural gridlines C1 and C8, integrating with the existing structure to form a continuous undercover work area.

The Contractor shall undertake the design, supply, construction and certification of the canopy extension in accordance with the National Construction Code, relevant Australian Standards, and CQUniversity design requirements.
