Job details
As a Change and Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO)and various teams in the Australian Electoral Commission by planning and executing change support and deliverables. You’ll act as the conduit between the ECMO and business, working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure fit for purpose materials are developed to support change readiness. You’re focus will be to create and support the delivery of tailored change materials that enhance people’s ability to apply, respond to, embed, and adapt to changes throughout the agency.
The candidate must hold an active Baseline security clearance prior to commencement.
