⁠⁠⁠Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above service as detailed.

SMCT is seeking a response for these works, by 2.00pm Tuesday 14th April 2026 via Buying for Victoria (Tenders Vic) website.

All questions must be submitted by 2.00pm Wednesday 1st April 2026 and will be responded to no later than 2.00pm Thursday 9th April.

Briefings

A briefing session will be held at 600 Princes Hwy, Springvale, Victoria, Australia, 3171 on 24 March 2026 08:00 am.

Notes: MANDATORY site visits are scheduled to take place on the below dates, times and locations:

• Bunurong Memorial Park – meet at Southern Aurora Centre Reception Monday 23rd March 2026 8am
• Springvale Botanical Cemetery – meet at Clarence Reardon Centre Cafe Tuesday 24th March 2026 8am
• Melbourne General Cemetery – meet at Gatehouse entrance Thursday 26th March 2026 9am

Please note that failure to attend MANDATORY site visits will deem any Tender submissions void.

A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
