Rural Roadside Mowing

⁠⁠⁠Wyndham City Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to provide Rural Roadside Mowing in accordance with the requirements of this Specification.

The objective of the Service is to conduct a mowing service to the identified roadsides.

The Service Provider must provide all management, administration, labour, safety equipment, tools, materials, insurances, telephone calls, overheads and profit for carrying out all the activities detailed in this specification.

This Contract is a lump sum/ schedule of rates contract and Council does not provide any guarantee in respect of the amount, mixture or types of Works that may be required under the Contract. This subject is due to rise and fall.

The initial Contract term is three (3) years, plus five (5) one (1) year extension options which will be executed subject to key performance indicators and the performance evaluation system. The first extension option will be at the end of year one (1) which provides the opportunity to keep the contract duration at three (3) years at any one time until the extension options expire to a maximum contract term of eight (8) years.

All submissions must be electronically submitted through the Portal no later than 12 Noon on Friday, 3 April 2026.

Late, emailed and facsimiled tenders will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
