Tender Description
The City of Boroondara (Council) requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the following works in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT) and its attachments.
The Works involve the renewal to the playing surfaces and sporting infrastructure at two sportsgrounds.
• Stradbroke Park (South Oval) - Located at 1369 Burke Road, Kew East.
• Warner Reserve - Located at 7 Samarinda Avenue, Ashburton.
The Works include:
• Bulk earthworks
• Renewal of the natural turf cricket wicket (Stradbroke Park only)
• Renewal of the synthetic cricket wicket (Warner Reserve only)
• Installation of new irrigation and drainage
• Installation of new AFL goals (Stradbroke Park only)
• Installation of new oval fencing
• Installation of new sand profile and turf surface
• Replacement of the existing sports training lights (Stradbroke Park only)
• Installation of electrical cabling and concrete infrastructure for new park BBQ area (Stradbroke Park only)
