The objective of the Contract is to select an operator with the capability to manage and operate a permanent e-Bike share scheme in Yarra.
The key objective of the e-Bike share Scheme is to deliver a well-managed service that prioritises safety and avoids negative impacts to public amenity while maintaining efficient movement and comfort on Municipality footpaths.
