BBR-Agency is inviting qualified event infrastructure and equipment suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of temporary event structures, furniture, accessories and food & beverage equipment across its 2026 national event portfolio.
BBR-Agency is a Sydney-based experiential and event production agency delivering large-scale public festivals and immersive experiences across Australia, including Bastille Festival, Christmas in July, Ghost Festival and Jolly Market. These events take place in major cities including Sydney, Adelaide and Canberra, attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors each year.
The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for supplying event infrastructure and equipment, managing logistics, installation where required, maintenance during operations, and collection after events.
Scope of services includes:
* Supply, delivery and removal of temporary event structures (steeple tents, peak structures, pavilions, Hoecker structures, fete stalls)
* Provision of furniture and seating (café tables, bar tables, stools, cross-back chairs, Tolix furniture)
* Exhibitor equipment including moulded tables, wooden tables, stainless steel tables and tablecloths
* Site accessories and infrastructure such as festival flags, festoon lighting, umbrellas, ballast weights, ramps and crowd management accessories
* Food & beverage equipment including warming ovens, fryers, preparation tables, glassware, cutlery and serving equipment
* Logistics coordination including delivery scheduling, installation, placement and collection across multiple sites
* Maintenance and equipment replacement during events if required
* Emergency call-out capability during operational hours
The equipment lists included in the tender represent examples of what is currently used, and BBR-Agency welcomes proposals showcasing broader catalogues and alternative equipment options with similar specifications.
