Tender Description
BBR-Agency is inviting qualified waste management contractors to submit proposals for the provision of waste management services across its 2026 national event portfolio.
BBR-Agency is a Sydney-based experiential and event production agency delivering large-scale public festivals and immersive experiences across Australia, including Bastille Festival, Christmas in July, Ghost Festival, Mov’in Bed Cinema, and Jolly Market. These events take place in major cities including Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne, Perth and Canberra and collectively attract hundreds of thousands of visitors each year.
The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for supplying waste management equipment, servicing bins during event operations, managing waste logistics, and providing post-event reporting in compliance with environmental regulations.
Scope of services includes:
* Supply of 240L and 1100L waste bins (general waste, commingled recycling, organic)
* Daily servicing of large bins during events
* Provision of skip bins (25–30cbm)
* Waste oil and wastewater collection and servicing
* Delivery and removal logistics across event sites
* Emergency call-out capability
* Post-event waste diversion and tonnage reporting
BBR-Agency strongly prioritises contractors who can demonstrate strong sustainability practices, including recycling optimisation, composting solutions, and strategies to minimise landfill impact.
