Tender Description
Golden Plains Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from commercial operators, community groups and social enterprises interested in leasing the Meredith Interpretive Centre at 10 Wallace Street, Meredith.
The site is currently vacant and offers:

- 15 off street car parks
- On site public toilets
- Prominent site with Midland Highway frontage
- Central location between Geelong and Ballarat
