Bells Road Recreational Reserve Civil Works

⁠⁠⁠The City of Casey invites suitably qualified tenderers to complete the Bells Road Recreational Reserve Civil Works.

Council is seeking a contractor to undertake the Civil Construction component for Active Open Space facilities works including multi-use sports facility including as such Cricket, Soccer, Netball and Tennis and Associated Works at 600I Bells Road, Clyde North 3978.

The project involves the development of:

•  Two (2) natural turf playing field with a synthetic central cricket wicket (Including 2 soccer fields).
•  Three (3) bay cricket practice wicket enclosure.
•  Two (2) acrylic hard courts (netballs including multi sports option).
•  Carpark and footpath network.
•  Sports Lighting and carparking lightings.
•  Associated works.

The associated works comprise but are not limited to:

•  Preliminaries
•  Earthworks and Surface Preparation
•  Services
•  Drainage Works
•  Irrigation Works
•  Electrical and Sports Lighting Works
•  Sports Field Works
•  Access Roads, Carparks and Associated Works
