Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
We are transitioning from Windows 11 24H2 and Windows 11 25H2 and would like to engage a provider to complete independent validation of assistive technology software.
We need to complete validation testing of the below software.
- Dragan Naturally Speaking
- Jaws
- ZoomText
- Fusion
- NVDA
- Native Windows capabilities (Voice Typing, Eye Control, Voice Access)
More specifically, we are after the following:
1. Confirm that the software has been installed correctly
2. Confirm that the software operates in accordance with the Departments current security controls aligned to Information security manual (ISM) and ASD's Blueprint for Secure Cloud
3. Make any potential recommendation on increasing the usability of the solution by modifying Standard Operating Environment (SOE) configurations
We strongly recommend a resource attends onsite, and work with the Health SOE (Standard Operating Environment) team. This will minimise any potential issues that occur during the testing and enable efficient consultation with Health Staff.
Based on the current schedule we would like to aim for completion by the end of April
