Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Electrical Upgrade Works at Belmont City College.
The Work includes but is not limited to electrical upgrade Works as detailed in PROMSA26038 - Annexure 1 - Scope, Specifications & Drawings
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 106 Fisher St, Belmont on 18 March 2026 9:30 AM.
A mandatory site briefing will be held at Belmont City College. All Tenderers are to arrive at the Administration Office for sign in, located at 106 Fisher Street Belmont WA 6104.
