Austrade’s channel landscape is a fragmented mix of unaligned and undefined channels. These channels are inconsistent, have little cross-channel integration, run on different platforms and have low levels of personalisation and analytics, which contributes to a lack of consistent measurement, brand continuity and user experience. Digital channels are not governed nor managed by an active Channel strategy or roadmap.
Following is the breakdown of Austrade’s digital channels:
- Primary Websites
- Other websites
- Digital Service Platforms (for Australian Businesses)
The primary requirement is to develop a digital channel strategy along with a 3-year roadmap that optimises how Austrade interacts with businesses across all digital touchpoints.
