PW10896 PB Fire Damage Refurbishments - 7/10 Godrick Place South Headland

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Fire Damage  Refurbishments at Unit 7/10 Godrick Place, South Hedland.

The Work includes but is not limited to, improving the quality of finishes in the property, and repair any areas of the property that can cause further maintenance issues to the property. All works in the scope of works have been agreed, if there are any items that are identified by the contractor please document and notify the principal at your earliest opportunity.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at Lot 214, Unit 7/10 Godrick Place, South Hedland, 6722 on 16 March 2026 12:00 PM.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
