PW10904 PB Fire Damage Refurbishments - 2/9 Magpie Way

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Fire Damage  Refurbishments at 2/9 Magpie Way, South Hedland.

The Work includes but is not limited to, improving the quality of finishes in the property, and repair any areas of the property that can cause further maintenance issues to the property. All works in the scope of works have  been agreed, if there are any items that are identified by the contractor, please document and notify the principal at your earliest opportunity

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Lot 82, 2/9 Magpie Way, South Hedland on 16 Mar, 2026 1:30 PM.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
