West Torrens Library - Solar System and Battery Storage

The City of West Torrens seeks to upgrade the existing solar photovoltaic (PV) system at the City of West Torrens Library and Auditorium building, including the installation of a solar battery storage system to provide emergency power.

Note: Compliance with the Council's online tool for managing contractors' Work Health and Safety (WHS) systems is a mandatory requirement. Please refer to Schedule 6 for detailed information. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a non-conforming submission, and such submissions will not be considered during the evaluation process.
