Johnsons Road residential development- real estate

⁠⁠⁠The development of Council owned land at 17-19 Johnsons Road will result in the creation of 37 titled residential lots with associated road and service infrastructure.

Council is seeking an appropriate Real Estate agency who will be responsible for the marketing and sale of vacant residential land within the ‘Riverstone at Plenty’ development, located in Mernda.

The scope of this tender is to provide end to end services including strategy development, marketing implementation, lead generation, buyer engagement and sales execution through to settlement.

The Lead Consultant is responsible for the engagement, co-ordination and integration of the services of all disciplines throughout the whole project. The Lead Consultant shall designate the tasks and services required from the Specialist Consultants as necessary, for the Lead Consultant to deliver the services required as per the specifications
