Mundingburra Electorate Office Fitout (Townsville)

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Parliamentary Service is calling for design and construct submissions to complete the Fitout of the Mundingburra Electorate Office at G4,336-340 Ross River Road, Cranbrook, QLD 4814. The Mundingburra Electorate Office is the principal workplace for the Member for Mundingburra and the electorate office staff.

The fit out includes and is not limited to certified design, demolition and construction of internal partition walls, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting, joinery, flooring, glazing, access control & security hardware, final finishes, auto-door installation and relocation of the office furniture, equipment & items.

The briefing session will be held at 10:00am on 19 March 2026 at G4,336-340 Ross River Road, Cranbrook, QLD 4814. Attendance to the site briefing session must be confirmed by 18 March 2026.
