Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake maintenance works at 5 Mitchie Crescent, Cassia WA 6722.
The Work includes but is not limited to flooring, plastering, painting, carpentry works, plumbing, electrical, glazing, and landscaping.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 5 Mitchie Crescent, Cassia on 16 March 2026 10:00 AM.
A mandatory site briefing will be held on-site at the premises. The location of the briefing will be 5 Mitchie Crescent, Cassia WA 6722.
