Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced companies, organisations or individuals to provide major plant hire and maintenance at Council’s Waste Management facility
Scope
Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced companies, organisations or individuals to provide major plant hire and maintenance at Council’s Waste Management Facility for a six year period, with the option to renew the agreement for a further two x 1 year year(s) period at the sole option of the Council in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFT.
The work is awarded for the contract work on a schedule of rates price basis in accordance with the tender pricing schedules herein. The Council makes no guarantee to the contractor regarding the volume of services required under this contract. All work will be on an “as required” basis during the contract term.
