Horn Island Cleaning and Ground Maintenance - QGAir Hangar and Pilot's Residence

⁠⁠⁠QGAir requires a qualified contractor to provide scheduled cleaning and grounds maintenance services at its Horn Island facilities, comprising:

1. Hangar Administration Areas – Includes waiting room, offices, kitchenette, bathroom/toilet, and server room. The aircraft housing area does not require routine cleaning. Services include routine and periodic cleaning of floors, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, internal glazing, and removal of waste. Ground maintenance includes lawn mowing, edging, shrub trimming, weed control, and removal of green waste in external areas around the hangar.

2. Pilot Accommodation (Unit 2/15 Nawie Street) – A single-storey duplex used by rostered pilots. Services include routine and periodic cleaning of bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and internal/external entryways. Ground maintenance includes mowing, edging, garden care, weed control, and removal of green waste in surrounding grounds.
