Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Productivity Commission (PC) is looking for a suitable Financial Management Information System (FMIS) for accounting functions that will provide the core features detailed in the attached Requirements Document. The PC is a small Government agency with less than 200 staff and is looking for a solution that is mid-range, scalable and provides value for money.
The users and their needs
Select staff across the agency require access as follows:
- Finance staff will require access to all areas (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Reporting, Contracts Module, Asset Register) - approximately 5 staff.
- Access to Finance system for PO creation plus -delegates/approvers - approximately 50 staff.
- Auditor access to view records as needed - up to 3.
