Expression of Interest - Leased Office Accommodation – Melbourne CBD

⁠⁠⁠The Attorney-General's Department (AGD), invites potential suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest for the provision of leased office accommodation for:

• The search zone within Melbourne CBD as set out in Attachment A of the EOI
• Net Lettable Area (NLA) of approximately 2500 – 4000sqm
• Lease term of seven (7) – ten (10) years.
