Restoring Our Rivers Voluntary Water Purchase: Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) - Northern Basin catchments (ATM_2026_5959) is the first stage of a multi-stage procurement process. EOI Responses received under this EOI may help guide subsequent approaches to market in 2026 aimed towards delivering the Murray–Darling Basin Plan 2012 (the Basin Plan) in full, in accordance with the Restoring Our Rivers Framework.

This form may be filled in and submitted by the Respondent or by an Agent, submitting it on the Respondent’s behalf.
All EOI Responses must be completed and submitted prior to 12:00pm local time Australian Capital Territory on 30 April 2026.
If you are still completing your EOI Response at the Closing Time, you will be locked out of Tender360 at this time and be unable to complete or lodge your EOI Response. Your EOI Response will not be received by the Department.
