This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) operates a network rated to OFFICIAL: Sensitive, with offices in every capital city, as well as Townsville.
The WAN network comprises of HPE Routers Aruba WLAN infrastructure and HP Procurve switching hardware, supporting onsite users.
Agency Wi-Fi connectivity is reliable and stable. In 2025, 60 new wireless access points were installed to improve user experience and wireless connectivity.
Recently Wi-Fi performance issues been reported with connection dropout, poor connectivity and unreliable signal strength.
The Agency requires an audit of its Wi-Fi network performance, reliability, identify gaps in coverage, and improvements.
In total 9 office locations are required assessed, where 168 WAPs provide wireless connectivity and heat map and wifi performance performed for scope and identified requirements.
