Fawkner Memorial Park - 7th Avenue Depot

In Late March 2026 the GMCT is planning to go to tender for the Fawkner Memorial Park - 7th Avenue Depot.

The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT) is seeking to engage the services of an experienced building construction contractor to build new operational depot at Fawkner memorial park.

The depot building is approximately 28x6.5m in size consisting of a lunchroom, toilets, services and storage. It will be of besser block and colorbond steel construction with internal plaster fit out to meet insulation requirements where required.

Lunchroom including kitchen, 3 x toilet blocks, service storage and general storage. Additionally construct 3900m³ of associated hardstand and roadways, to connect the new building between the material bays, parking and internal road network for operational vehicles.

This ATN has been listed in Buying for Victoria to meet statutory requirements.
