Croydon 2025 DRFA Restoration Works - Package 2 - Central Roads

Croydon Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the construction of DRFA restoration works on the below listed roads:

• Richmond Road

• Yapper River Road

• Tagalaka Road

• Pilbrow Street

• Sircom Street 1

• Butterfly North Road

• Bore Field Road

• Mining Museum Road

• Road to Dam Wall

• WTP Road

• Helen Street

• Hospital Avenue

• Mary Street

• Lookout Road

• Mabel Street

• Elizabeth Street

• Access to North End Dam Wall

• Guildford Road

• Edith Street

• Rowan Avenue

• Gardiner Street

• The Lakes Road

• McArthur Street

• Airport Road

• Haseler Street

The individual roads listed above will be individual milestones listed in the Contract.

Tenderers are to note this contract is indirectly funded by the Commonwealth for the purposes of any applicable schemes/policies which are value driven.

Anticipated Contract award date: 24th of April 2026

Date for practical completion will be confirmed post tender and will give consideration to the successful tenderer’s program, but will be no later than 30th of November 2026.
