Clearing and Remediation of Unsightly Allotments

North Burnett Regional Council (Council) undertakes statutory compliance and enforcement action in relation to unsightly allotments and properties that fail to meet required standards under applicable legislation and local laws.

Where property owners fail to comply with issued notices, Council may enter land and undertake works to remove materials, waste, and other items contributing to the unsightly condition.

Council seeks to engage suitably qualified contractors to provide clearing, removal, transport and lawful disposal services on an “as required” basis across the North Burnett Regional Council Local Government Area (LGA).
