Data Managers support organisations with the sourcing, acquisition, management, integration and sharing of data to provide business insights and drive data-based decision making.
The Senior Data Management Officer will be required the following:
- Senior Data Management Officers support the development, implementation, and use of data management practices, including quality controls and governance arrangements. They work in partnership with the data community, they monitor and report on the use of data to ensure adherence to the agency's frameworks, policies, protocols and standards.
- Work under the limited direction of senior staff, exercise initiative, and judgement in policy interpretation and in the application of practices and procedures.
- Manage and organise their own work against competing priorities, including contributing to section and branch plans and business improvement strategies.
