Tender Description
Burdekin Shire Council invites Quotations from suitably qualified respondents to provide Facility Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance at the Home Hill Caravan Park.The Agreement will be in place for up to 3 years. A CPI increase will be available at the end of each 12-month period.
Principal will provide access to the caravan park booking system so that the Supplier can monitor bookings for the caravan park especially the cabins.
The site has one amenities block with 4 unisex toilet/shower cubicles and a laundry, 2 cabins and 21 powered and 2 unpowered sites.
