⁠⁠⁠Aboriginal Health Council of South Australia Ltd (AHCSA) invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced financial service providers to deliver outsourced financial services to support the organisation’s operational, statutory and governance requirements.

As the peak body representing Aboriginal community-controlled health services in South Australia, AHCSA requires a finance partner that can provide reliable, timely and high-quality financial services that support organisational sustainability, accountability and informed decision-making.

Term of Contract: 3 Years

Scope of Services:

•  Preparation of annual statutory financial statements.
•  Preparation and lodgement of the annual Fringe Benefits Tax return for the fiscal year.
•  Assist in Integrating the consolidated and team budgets into financial reporting system.
•  Prepare and lodge relevant Business Activity Statement (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) accurately and in a timely manner.
•  Generate detailed monthly management reports to the Executive Team.
•  Prepare comprehensive quarterly financial reports for presentation to the Board of Directors.
•  Attend the Annual General Meeting to address any financial queries and provide updates on financial matters to stakeholders.
•  Manage outsourced financial tasks, including fortnightly payroll processing, payroll payments, superannuation reconciliation and payments.
•  Attend meetings related to the provision of financial services and future engagements.

The successful tenderer will work in collaboration with AHCSA staff and external auditors, with AHCSA retaining ultimate responsibility for financial governance and decision-making.
