Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic and Battery Storage System on Embedded Network_Goderich Stree

The City of Perth is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the design and supply, including installation and commissioning, of a grid-connected rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery storage management system on an Embedded Network at the Goderich Street Development, 111 to 133 Goderich Street, East Perth.

The successful Contractor will be responsible for delivering a complete, fully integrated system encompassing all stages from design development to final handover. This includes, but is not limited to, detailed electrical and structural design (DC and AC systems, PV array configuration), procurement and supply of equipment, installation, testing, commissioning, and system certification. The scope also requires the preparation and submission of all necessary applications and approvals, including network connection through Western Power, structural suitability assessments, and building permit applications.

For this purpose, the City is seeking tenders from organisations to submit their offers in accordance with the requirement of this RFT.

A non-mandatory briefing to Tenderers will be conducted at Goderich Street Development, 111 to 133 Goderich Street, East Perth on Friday, 6 March 2026, from 10:00am to 11:00am AWST.
