Mid-Western Regional Council is seeking a suitability qualified supplier to provide multidisciplinary consulting services to undertake all elements of the Preliminary Planning for the Mortimer Street Precinct Development including delivering a fully completed submission ready Development Application, as DA stage investment-ready documentation package, reports, and designs. The entire package represents the objective of a Development Application stage submission outcome.

The successful Supplier will be responsible for and deliver all elements of the Tender Specification and support MWRC led community and stakeholder engagement to partner in addressing the priorities of attraction, retention, liveability and innovative solutions to overcome ebb and flow worker migration impacts and opportunities.
