The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Block A Refurbishment at Redcliffe SHS, located at 55 Klinger Road, Redcliffe QLD 4020, as part of the Targeted (TARGETED) program.
The internal refurbishment includes but not limited to, floor coverings, ceilings, electrical, new kitchen layout, joinery, new amenities layout, and painting. The position of the building is at the front of the school with reasonable site access and working space. All works are to be completed by July 2026.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
