Project Management Services Panel Contract

Council is inviting tenderers to form a panel of preferred Service Providers for the provision of Project Management services for a period of two years, with the option of extending for a further twelve month period based on satisfactory performance. The services will be on a non-exclusive, indefinite quantity basis, for the provision of project management services for a broad range of Council projects. The Service Provider will provide project management services on a discrete project basis as requested by Council in accordance with the terms of the contract.

The actual scope of services required under an individual request for proposal will vary from project to project according to the specific project requirements. The specific scope of work for each project shall be determined in advance and in writing between Council and the Service Provider. Council will prepare a Project Request for Proposal (Project RFP) identifying the project and describing, in general, the intended scope and character of the project, the preliminary cost estimate and schedule for the project, and the basic services to be provided by the Service Provider for the project.
