This newly created hybrid Business Analyst/Product Owner role have been established to support a recently launched technology uplift program. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team—including project managers, technical business analysts, and program support staff—these roles will play a key part in driving business engagement and discovery.
Success in this position will require strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively engage with business teams and stakeholders.
In addition to facilitating the identification and documentation of new and existing business processes, these roles will ensure that technology solutions delivered by the program are fit for purpose. Responsibilities will also include administrative tasks such as reporting, records management, and requirements gathering.
