Provision of Lift Maintenance Services

⁠⁠⁠The City of Casey invites suitably qualified tenderers to undertake Council's Lift Maintenance Services in order to maintain each and every site with vertical transportation in a safe, compliant and serviceable condition.

This contract is structured as a Lump Sum and Schedule of Rates arrangement.

The Contractor is required to:

•  maintain Council's lifts to a high standard and meets the needs of Council and building users.
•  be qualified, fully trained and competent in the work they are required to perform.
•  meet compliance to Australian Standards, regulations and industry best practise.
•  deliver a broad range of maintenance services necessary to maintain lift maintenance services within Council's sites, including:

         o Schedule A - Scheduled Maintenance and Emergency Telephone Monitoring

         o Schedule B - Reactive Maintenance, Emergency and Calls Out Responses

        o Schedule C - Lift Emergency Telephone Conversion (within the first two (2) weeks of the contract commencement date).
