Cemetery Mowing and Trimming

⁠⁠⁠Cessnock City Council is seeking a Service Provider to provide all labour, materials, plant and equipment to carry out vegetation control and general maintenance of 10 cemeteries on a schedule basis with special attention to cemeteries in the weeks preceding Mother’s Day , Father’s Day and Christmas Day.

Cessnock City Council currently manages and operates ten (10) General Cemeteries within the Cessnock City Council LGA. The following location list outlines the Cemeteries included in the contract.

1. Aberdare Cemetery - Greta Street, Aberdare

2. Branxton Cemetery - New England Highway, Branxton

3. Cessnock Cemetery - Wine Country Drive, Nulkaba

4. Ellalong Cemetery - Helena Street, Ellalong

5. Glenmore Cemetery- Wine Country Drive, Rothbury

6. Greta Cemetery - Evans Street, Greta

7. Kurri Kurri Cemetery- Hospital Road, Weston

8. Millfield Cemetery- Crump Street off Hayes Road, Millfield

9. Rothbury Cemetery- Off Wilderness Road, Rothbury

10. Wollombi Cemetery- Wollombi Road, Wollombi

The Tender shall run from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2028 (3 years) with an option for 2 x 1 year extensions based on Contractor performance
